We at TLC are excited to announce our school give-back program!
Designed to give teachers a gift of gratitude by teaching them behavioural skills of their students and themselves to make teaching fun again, not just for the learners, but for themselves. This enables an uplifted and more positive and energetic platform for progress.
I identified years ago that you can’t always separate your personal life from your work life, so when facing a personal challenge whilst in a vital working role can quickly become draining.
These teachers are endlessly committing themselves to educate and support our children. So, it’s time to give the same back.
In this short (90-minute) live training, I help them learn to retain a resourceful state, understand and recognise behaviours, and overcome them whilst having fun.
It’s designed to bring the energy back into teaching by understanding, on a scientific level, how stress and pressures affect us and how we can easily learn to manage that by a renewed source of information on how we operate, how we process information, and how we stay engaged.
I believe that being a teacher is one of the most vital but neglected careers one could choose, and we often take it for granted that they are working long hours, in overpopulated classrooms, with the expectation that each unique individual student is expected to achieve great results.
As parents we know that even raising our own children can be rough; imagine raising an entire group of personalities and adapting to each one.
There is no charge for this, even though a small donation would be appreciated.
I would not be in the position I am in today had it not been for the dedication of all my educators over the years. Especially if I am completely honest, I was not the most compliant learner. Even as a young child I felt the need to challenge the boundaries set by society. Some teachers viewed me as a problem child; others recognised that I was genuinely invested in improving the world. Now is my chance to give them that gift back.
I encourage all principals to join me for a cup of coffee and a brief but more detailed explanation.
Yours in education,
Bianca
