CPR & First Aid & Infant Care

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and first aid are crucial emergency techniques that can save lives. CPR is used to maintain blood flow to the brain and heart in case of cardiac arrest, while first aid covers a range of basic medical interventions, such as treating wounds, burns, or fractures, and managing medical emergencies until professional help arrives. The importance of these skills cannot be overstated, as they empower individuals to act swiftly and effectively in critical situations, significantly increasing the chances of survival and recovery.
